Indecent exposure reported by Claggett student

A man in his 20s reportedly exposed himself to a 14-year-old Claggett Middle School student, according to a Medina police report issued Tuesday.

The girl was late to school at 9:45 a.m. when she said she was approached by a man driving a dark sedan with a pink baby car seat in the rear passenger side.

He approached the girl at the corner of Union and Court streets near the Clark gasoline station.

A partial license plate number was reported: GDF 21.

Medina Schools Superintendent Aaron Sable sent out a text message to parents Tuesday morning alerting them.

Medina police Lt. Dave Birckbichler, the acting chief, said officers checked the area and were unable to locate the vehicle.
