Grand jury indictments

- Maxamillian Graewe, 34, 213 Cedar St., Medina, was indicted Wednesday on six additional counts. These include one count of trafficking in drugs (cocaine) within the vicinity of a school, a second-degree felony; one count of trafficking in drugs (marijuana) within the vicinity of a school, a third-degree felony; one count of illegal cultivation of marijuana within the vicinity of a school, a fourth-degree felony; one count of possession of drugs (cocaine), a third-degree felony; one count of possession of drugs (marijuana), a fifth-degree felony; and one count of possession of drugs (MDMA), a fifth-degree felony. He was previously indicted on a count of having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony. The charges, which stem from a June 9 incident, could lead to 30½ years in prison.

- Mary E. Terhune, 61, 900 Dawn Court, Apt. 54, Medina, was indicted June 25 on two counts of theft, fifth-degree felonies. The counts stem from incidents on June 14 and 16 and could lead to 2 years in prison.
