- Roger J. Kus, 37, of 76 High St., Seville, was indicted by a Medina County grand jury May 28 on a count of rape, a first-degree felony. He previously was indicted on a count of sexual battery, a third-degree felony. The charges, which stem from a May 28, 2007, incident, could draw up to 15 years in prison.
- Tysean M. Gaston, 21, of Cleveland, was indicted May 28 on a count of trafficking drugs (cocaine) within the vicinity of a juvenile/school, a second-degree felony. He previously was indicted on counts of tampering with evidence and robbery, third-degree felonies, along with another count of trafficking drugs (cocaine), a second-degree felony. The charges, which stem from an April 4 incident, could draw up to 18 years in prison.
- Thomas E. Johnson Jr., 22, of 802 Wadsworth Road, Medina, was indicted May 28 on a count of trafficking drugs (cocaine) within the vicinity of a juvenile/school, a second-degree felony. He previously was indicted on counts of robbery, a third-degree felony, and trafficking drugs (cocaine), a fifth-degree felony. The charges, which stem from an April 4 incident, could draw up to 14 years in prison.
- Jonas E. Encarnacion, 38, of Columbus, was indicted May 28 on counts of failure to comply with the order of a police officer, a third-degree felony, one count of theft (motor vehicle) and one count of receiving stolen property, both fourth-degree felonies. The charges, which stem from a May 13 incident, could draw up to eight years in prison.
- Santo Salinas-Quinteros, 34, of Wooster, was indicted May 28 on a count of forgery, a fifth-degree felony. The charge stems from a May 14 incident.
- Justin M. Downing, 21, of 5779 Lions Park Drive, Lafayette Township, was indicted May 28 on a count of possession of drugs (cocaine), a fifth-degree felony. The charge stems from a May 22 incident.
