Brunswick Hills Township - Christopher Salsbury, 27, of 1217 Meadowbrook Blvd., Brunswick, was charged with criminal damaging and persistent disorderly conduct following a fight outside of Rico’s, 2175 Pearl Road, around 10:40 p.m. May 20. Salsbury reportedly told another bar patron, who was chatting with Salsbury’s girlfriend, the patron was “bothering his woman” and Salsbury, who reportedly was very intoxicated, wanted to meet the man outside. Witnesses alleged Salsbury pulled the man from a vehicle outside the bar and punched him.

- A green Yamaha all-terrain vehicle with a snowplow and electric lift attached was stolen from a shed in the 2100 block of Marks Road between May 22 and Tuesday at 7 p.m. The shed’s door was forced open to steal the ATV, which was valued around $5,100.

- A woman reported someone shot the side of her home in the 5200 block of Lake Forest Reserve with a BB gun, leaving 13 holes in the siding, downspout and trim, between 2 p.m. May 21 and 2:30 p.m. May 22.

Lodi - A resident of an apartment building in the 200 block of Elyria Street reported her sliding glass door was broken between 10:30 p.m. May 23 and 12:30 p.m. Saturday.

- A Lakewood woman reported May 23 she suspected her Social Security number was used to obtain drugs at Lodi Community Hospital, 225 Elyria St., in January. She said she received a credit report that said she owed payments to the hospital from a visit on Jan. 25 she didn’t make.

- Officers pulled over a 21-year-old Chippewa Lake resident in the 100 block of Sunset Drive at 11:45 p.m. May 22 for having no license plate light. They found the man had no operator’s license and asked to search him. They reportedly found a white powder substance that tested positive for cocaine. Charges are pending.

Medina Township - A Sony PlayStation and two video games, costing $265, were reported stolen Sunday at 11 p.m. from a residence in the 3000 block of Pearl Road.

- Police received a call at 2:26 p.m. May 23 from an employee at Kohl’s, 4095 Pearl Road, regarding a woman who reportedly shoplifted a tank top and pair of shorts, totaling $40, and left the store. Police located Alycia Hines, 27, of 1510 McKinley Ave., Brunswick, in the 3500 block of Pearl Road where she allegedly admitted to stealing the merchandise. Hines was cited for theft and driving under a DUI suspension, first-degree misdemeanors; obstructing official police business, a second-degree misdemeanor; and not having an operator’s license, a minor misdemeanor.

Montville Township - A vehicle traveling north on Interstate 71 was pulled over at 7:37 p.m. May 14 after reportedly signaling a lane change, crossing into the center lane and causing the car behind to apply brakes in order to avoid a collision. The driver, Santo Salinas-Quinteros, 34, of Wooster, reportedly did not have a license and gave a false Social Security card to the officer. He was arrested, taken to the Medina County Jail and cited for forgery, a fifth-degree felony. Salinas-Quinteros had not posted bond as of Thursday.

- An officer spotted a vehicle at 12:31 a.m. May 20 that appeared to be disabled on the I-71 southbound ramp at state Route 18. Due to what appeared to be suspicious activity in the car, the officer called for a drug-sniffing dog, which alerted to possible illegal substances in the car. The car was searched and a small bag of marijuana and an open container of malt liquor reportedly were found. Jerry Cox, 47, of Niagara Falls, N.Y., was cited for the open container, a minor misdemeanor, and Ezra Garner, 44, of Jonesboro, Ga., was cited for possession of marijuana, a minor misdemeanor.
