Grand jury indictments

- Jeremy T. Hatchett, 31, 323 Springbrook Drive, Apt. 210, Medina, was indicted April 30 on a count of trafficking drugs (cocaine) within the vicinity of a juvenile, a fourth-degree felony, and one count of possession of drugs (cocaine), a fifth-degree felony. The charges, which stem from an April 14 incident, could draw 2½ years in prison.

- David E. Besozzi, 35, of Copley, was indicted April 30 on a count of illegal assembly of possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs (methamphetamine), a third-degree felony. The charge, which stems from an April 16 incident, could draw five years in prison.

- Jonathan N. Russ, 28, of Warren, was indicted April 30 on a count of possession of drugs (marijuana), a third-degree felony. The charge stems from an April 20 incident.

- Zachary M. Graham, 18, 1310 Kings Ridge Blvd., Sharon Township, was indicted April 30 on a count of menacing by stalking, a fourth-degree felony. The charge, which stems from an April 19 incident, could draw 18 months in prison.

- Benjamin A. Bar-oz, 26, 317 N. Huntington St., Medina, was indicted April 30 on a count of possession of drugs (MDMA), a fifth-degree felony. The charge, which stems from an April 19 incident, could draw a year in prison.

- John N. Warrington, 48, 376 Broad St., Wadsworth, was indicted April 30 on two counts of inducing panic, fourth-degree felonies. The charges stem from an April 17 incident.

- Timothy A. Shoop, 51, of Maple Heights, was indicted April 30 on a count of possession of drugs (cocaine), a fifth-degree felony. The charge stems from an April 21 incident.

- Jeffrey E. Andrews II, 22, 206 Gaylord Drive, Lodi, was indicted April 30 on a count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a fourth-degree felony. The charge stems from an April 27 incident.

- Josephine M. Alestri, 52, 306 W. Union St., Apt. 2, Medina, was indicted April 30 on a count of trafficking in drugs (crack cocaine), a fifth-degree felony. The charge stems from a March 26 incident.
