- Nicole Louise Cole, 35, of Cleveland, was indicted by a Medina County grand jury Wednesday on five counts of burglary, second-degree felonies; one count of theft, a fourth-degree felony; and four additional counts of theft, fifth-degree felonies. The charges, which stem from incidents on Jan. 10, 14 and 17, could draw up to 10½ years in prison.
- Thomas E. Johnson Jr., 22, of 802 Wadsworth Road, Medina, was indicted Wednesday on one count of trafficking in drugs within the vicinity of a school, a second-degree felony; one count of robbery, a third-degree felony; and one count of trafficking in drugs, a fifth-degree felony. The charges, which stem from incidents on March 31 and April 4, could draw up to 14 years in prison.
- Tysean M. Gaston, 21, of Cleveland, was indicted Wednesday on one count of trafficking in drugs within the vicinity of a school, a second-degree felony, and one count of tampering with evidence and one count of robbery, both third-degree felonies. The charges, which stem from an April 4 incident, could draw up to 18 years in prison.
- Jeffrey T. Damato, 20, of Cleveland, was indicted Wednesday on one count of possession of drugs (cocaine), a fifth-degree felony. The charge, punishable by up to a year in prison, stems from an April 12 incident.
- Christopher D. Stone, 20, of Cleveland, was indicted Wednesday on one count of possession of drugs (cocaine), a fifth-degree felony. The charge stems from an April 12 incident.
