Pamela A. Pritchard

Pamela Ann Pritchard, 54, of Medina, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2007, in Medina.

She was born Sept. 28, 1952, in Lodi. She was a former nurses aide for Lodi Community Hospital and Pythian Sisters Home and a home health aide for the Medina County Health Department. Pam was a member of Lafayette United Methodist Church. She enjoyed Girl Scouts and received the Western Reserve Hidden Heroine Award. She was recognized in 2001 by the Medina County Health Department for volunteering more than 100 hours. She loved crafts, crocheting and making afghans.

She is survived by her father, Howard (Ruth) Pritchard of Medina; brothers, Brian (Jessie) of Lafayette Township and Jeff (Mary) of Seville; nephews, Nathan, Timothy, Mike and Vincent; nieces, Cheryl, Isabelle and Elise; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Janis (nee Mann) Pritchard, and brothers, Raymond and Douglas.

Service: 11 a.m. Saturday at Waite & Son Funeral Homes, Medina Chapel, 765 N. Court St. Pastor Floyd Costello will officiate.

Burial: York Township Cemetery.

Visiting hours: 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice at The Inn at Medina, 100 High Point Drive, Medina, 44256; Lafayette United Methodist Church, 6201 Lafayette Road, Medina, 44256; or the Northeast Ohio ALS Association, 2500 E. 22nd St., Cleveland, 44115.

Howard,Jeff,Brian: Linda and I are saddened to read that Pam as passed.She was always a sweet young lady and put up a good fight with the ALS. We want you to know that you have are deepest sympathy in your time of grief. We know in our hearts that Pam is with her Mother and Brothers and is celebrating her return to full heath in the arms of our Lord Jesus. God Bless you in this time of need.
