CLEVELAND — Jake Westbrook’s luck didn’t change Wednesday afternoon, and it appears that the Chicago White Sox’s fortunes have.

Browns sign Pittman to contract

BEREA — The Browns agreed to terms Wednesday with seventh-round draft choice Chase Pittman, a defensive end from Louisiana State.
